Lindsay Delecki is a Development Manager at Delwest Development Corp., a Denver-based real estate firm dedicated to the development and management of affordable, middle-income, and market-rate housing. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate development industry, Lindsay specializes complex residential, mixed-income and mixed-use projects, with a particular emphasis on utilizing public financing tools together with Public-Private Partnerships.
In her current role, Lindsay manages projects through the development lifecycle for Delwest, focusing on land acquisition, design, entitlements, and the intricate financing required to develop diverse housing products.

Prior to joining Delwest, Lindsay served as a Development Manager with Continuum Partners, where she focused on the high-profile redevelopment of the former University of Colorado medical school campus at 9th & Colorado. Earlier in her career, she specialized in P3 initiatives involving complex brownfield sites and intensive public stakeholder engagement.
