Lori Snider has been a cornerstone of the Colorado multifamily industry for over 3 decades, blending creative strategy with forward-thinking innovation. A pioneer in residential leasing, marketing, and experience management, Lori’s journey began as a leasing agent for Lincoln Property Company, and rapidly evolved into leadership roles in training, marketing, and consulting, including working as a Training and Marketing Director, launching a rental publication and co-founding a boutique marketing and design firm. Nationally recognized for her expertise in education and experience management, Lori’s entrepreneural nature led her to start her own company, and she spent 15 years as an educator, platform speaker, and consultant, empowering teams and organizations across the country. Her current role at RedPeak was a natural fit, aligning her passion for authenticity with a culture that embodies it. Having worked with RedPeak since its inception in a consultative role, Lori has played an integral role in shaping its unique culture—one that champions genuine connections and consistent, meaningful experiences for both employees and residents. In addition to her contributions at RedPeak, Lori is a proven industry leader, serving on the National Apartment Association Education Advisory Committee, chairing the AAMD Hall of Fame, and volunteering for the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI). Her impact was further recognized with her induction into the Apartment Association of Metro Denver’s Hall of Fame in 2021, and she continues to contribute as an Advisory Board Member for Entryway Denver.
