Lorie McBrien is a seasoned real estate veteran with 25 years of experience on the strategic, tactical and financial fronts.  Much of her experience has been with technology-driven and operationally-intensive real estate businesses.

Starting her career in multifamily as an Asset Manager for Legacy Residential, she has also helped steer large organizations through hyper-growth including extended stay hotel chain Homestead Village, Marriott ExecuStay, Waypoint Homes, Realogy, and developed go to market strategies for CORT, RentPath and Yardi Systems.

Lorie currently leads Airbnb’s Strategic Multifamily Partnerships program, working with national REIT’s, multifamily owners, operators and developers, to provide guidance on managing short term rental programs in their communities and maximizing NOI.

Her favorite Airbnb listing is a state-of-the-art Bubble Suite located in Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico’s wine country, where you can take in vineyard views during the day, and star gaze straight from your bed at night.
