Lucinda Stanley, CCIM, is the principal real estate broker and owner of Grand Mesa Real Estate Services in Delta, CO. She specializes in commercial sales, leasing, land acquisitions and dispositions, commercial investments, development and business consulting.

Previously the Senior Vice President of Sales for SAXA, a national developer based in Scottsdale, Arizona, best known for its office condo projects. She worked closely with the listing brokers representing SAXA projects, traveling to Dallas, Denver, Scottsdale, and Las Vegas to coach and train them on marketing and real estate sales.

During her tenure with SAXA, Ms. Stanley was responsible for the sales of approx. $100M in condo/office sales as well as approx. $75M in land acquisitions and sales.

Prior to her work with SAXA, Ms. Stanley was the broker for Prudential CRES™ (formerly Shea Commercial) in Las Vegas. Prior to her work with Prudential, Ms. Stanley merged her own company, Certified Commercial Real Estate, with Coldwell Banker™ Commercial ETN Real Estate Services, where she served as senior vice president for more than three-and-a-half years.

She started her commercial career in 1984, in Las Vegas. During this period, she worked with The Ribeiro Corporation, Blake and Associates, and Terra West Realty in leasing, investment acquisition, and disposition, as well as property management.
