Mace McClatchy joined the company in 2015, responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and execution of prospective investments across the South Central Region.  His geographic coverage includes markets in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado and Utah.

Prior to joining Black Creek, he served as Vice President of KTR Capital Partners leading its investment initiatives across the state of Texas.  In this capacity, he was responsible for the direct origination of value-add acquisitions and development opportunities.  Before KTR, Mr. McClatchy served as Managing Principal of Holt Lunsford Commercial, where he was charged with leading the underwriting and execution of prospective investments, as well as portfolio leasing and client relationship development.

Mr. McClatchy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentration in Finance and International Business from Baylor University.  He is also an active member of The Real Estate Council, NAIOP, the Associate Leadership Council, the TouchDown Club, and the Baylor Alumni Association.
