Mara leads Lowe’s property operations, investment and management activities in the Central U.S. including Colorado, Illinois and Texas. Since joining Lowe, Mara has worked on over 35 assets in the Central region totaling approximately 11 million square feet, with values of over $1.3 billion. Previously, Mara was a financial services analyst for Cushman & Wakefield and was director of acquisitions/ business development for HealthSouth Corporation. She is a member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and a licensed real estate broker in Colorado.
