Margie began working in Senior Living in Chicago. She found her passion after placing her dad into long term care. She learned first-hand the multiple decisions a family makes throughout the care journey and became focused on serving our aging population. Relocating to Denver in early 2020, she worked for a large provider focusing on the continuum of care services for seniors. Margie has held several national leadership roles with Fortune 200 corporations working in IT, managed services, consulting, business intelligence and data analytics, strategic and integrated marketing, sales, and operations. She has helped build, manage, and optimize multiple “Center of Excellence” operations leveraging people, process, and technology.

Today, at Novir, she is focusing on execution of preventative care and onsite health services for senior living. Novir delivers onsite vaccination clinics, testing and screening, virtual proctoring, and other preventative senior care services. Novir works with senior living, skilled nursing, post-acute and other healthcare organizations to deliver actionable insights, aid in regulatory compliance, eliminate risk, instill confidence, and build trust. Margie earned her BS in Marketing from Marquette University, and her Marketing Strategy Certificate from Cornell University, S.C Johnson, School of Business.
