Mark Fraioli serves as Senior Vice President, Business Development, for Concord Hospitality, award-winning hotel management and development company with more than 180 hotels, restaurants and bars across North America. Fraioli oversees the company’s growth strategy, focusing on development and third-party management opportunities, strengthening relationships with owners and investment partners, and advancing Concord’s long-term expansion efforts by reinforcing its position as a leading integrated hotel management and development firm.

Fraioli is a seasoned hospitality and real estate executive with over 20 years of experience leading hotel acquisitions, advising the sale of hotel properties and formulating strategy for major industry players including Peregrine Hospitality Group, JLL and Marriott International. As the former managing director of acquisitions and a founding member of Peregrine Hospitality Group, Fraioli helped build a $1.2 billion select-service portfolio in just 2.5 years, sourcing more than 80% of deals off-market. He also previously served in senior roles at JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group, where he led Northern California investment sales and brokered $2.3B in transactions across 52 deals. In addition, Mark held various development, finance and franchise sales roles at Marriott International.

Fraioli holds an MBA from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree from Brown University. He and his wife, Lisa, have two children; the family resides in Denver, Colorado.
