Matt has a passion for and proven track record in the business of commercial real estate. Matt is the Founder/Principal of NavPoint Real Estate Group a comprehensive Commercial Real Estate services and investment firm located in Denver, Colorado. NavPoint is currently involved in the exclusive brokerage, property/asset management, and ownership of over 1,000,000 SF of commercial real estate. www.navpointre.com
Matt is also the Co-Founder/Principal of NavPoint Golf Group a sister company of NavPoint Real Estate Group which offers Asset Services for Daily Fee, Municipal, Semi-Private, Private Clubs, Resorts and Master Planned Golf Communities and associated land assets. www.navpointgolf.com
Prior to starting NavPoint in 2011 Matt was the Director of Commercial Real Estate Asset services for a boutique brokerage firm located in Castle Rock, Colorado. Matt also spent time at a large Commercial Real Estate Services firm in the Denver market specializing in industrial brokerage.
Matt graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2001 with a B.A. in Political Science. Matt attended CU on a golf scholarship where he was a Letterman and team captain of the golf team and where he finished his career in the top 10 in all-time scoring average by a Buff golfer. Matt is a two-time Colorado State Amateur Golf Champion and also played in two major championships, the 1999 United States Open (Pinehurst #2) and the 2007 PGA Championship (Southern Hills). Matt is a Board Member of the Castle Rock Economic Development Council, Board Member of the Denver Buff Club, and sits on the Board of Directors for Legacy Hospice. Matt and his wife make their home in Douglas County with their three daughters.
