As Vice President, Matt is responsible for the overall leadership of the Denver office. His responsibilities include client development, staff management and overseeing all projects for the Denver office.

A Licensed Architect in 8 states, Matt has experience in all facets of architecture and has worked on a wide variety of commercial office, manufacturing, industrial, distribution, technology, and retail projects. He has a depth of experience in architectural master planning, site planning, project management, design development, contract documents, contract administration, city entitlement processing and code research.

Matt was a speaker and panelist at the Colorado Real Estate Journal Distressed Real Estate Market Summit, giving a presentation on Repositioning Real Estate Through Design. Matt is a member of NAIOP and SIOR.
