Matt has more than 18 years experience with large scale, mixed-use, urban infill projects in the Denver and Rocky Mountain region. His focus has been on creating truly livable communities that have reclaimed underutilized sites, weaving them back into the fabric of the contextual neighborhoods they reside in. He has worked with several firms on the production of over 2500 dwelling units throughout his career.
