Matt joins the company after a 12 year career with DCT Industrial Trust, Inc. (NYSE:DCT) that culminated with Prologis’ (NYSE:PLD) acquisition of DCT in 2018. In his time with DCT, he served in many roles ranging from Vice President of Investment Services and running their national due diligence platform to managing DCT’s leasing, development, and capital deployment activities for a portfolio of over 4.0 million square feet in the Denver and Phoenix markets. In the three years before joining Westfield, Matt was involved in over $140 million in acquisition, development, and disposition transactions and coordinated  64 lease transactions for over 3.0 million square feet of industrial space.

Matt is an active member of SIOR, NAIOP’s local Denver Chapter, and a member of NAIOP’s Office and Industrial Trends National Forum.  He was one of seven recipients nationwide to be named the NAIOP Developing Leader of the Year in 2018.
