Matt is a second-generation arborist who began working in New York in a family-owned business in 1974. After moving to Colorado in 1982 he owned and eventually sold his own tree care company. Matt is extremely well-versed in every aspect of the green industry from tree surgery, plant health care, diagnosis and landscape maintenance. He joined Davey’s Denver Commercial Business Development team in 2023. In his role, Matt helps all seven Colorado offices focus on commercial growth in their service areas using his long-term field experience and keen understanding of clients’ needs. Matt is an ISA-certified arborist and Colorado Department of Agriculture Qualified Supervisor.
