In Mike’s role as the Colorado region’s leader in client and project development, he is a liaison for every W.E. O’Neil project and its team. In preconstruction and project management, as well as business development and marketing, he leads by example in “walking the walk” of the company’s values. Most importantly, he ensures that clients are heard, and their project needs met.

Mike’s engaging personality and knowledge of the Metro Denver area and Colorado Springs have helped establish a broad network from which we continue to build new business and garner relationships. In addition to years in the field managing projects, Mike has the added perspectives of having worked in an architecture firm and a glazing subcontracting business. This experience helps when brainstorming creative solutions with our specialty trade and design partners. He has a well-deserved reputation for smooth project execution, from inception to completion.
