Michael Holt joined Legacy Partners in 2017 and is the Regional Vice President. Mr. Holt oversees all aspects of Legacy’s regional property management operations in Colorado, Pacific Northwest and Wyoming – from apartments and mixed-use to retail – and develops plans for renovations, lease-ups, and stabilized assets.

Mr. Holt has been in the multi-family management industry since 1991, with experience in high-rise, and A-, B-, and C-Class assets. Prior to joining Legacy Partners, he was the Area Vice President for Lincoln Property Company in Colorado and Wyoming; Vice President of Operations for the Cardinal Group; and, a Regional Manager for BH Management in Colorado and Texas. He has held leadership positions with the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and the Apartment Association of Metro Denver, of which he is the President-elect for the 2018-2019 year.

Mr. Holt earned his Industrial Technology degree from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California with minors in Sales, Facilities and Quality Control.
