Mike’s 40-year career in real estate includes commercial lending, development property management and over 30 years of valuation and consulting. His experience includes each real estate sector including land, single user and multi-tenant office and industrial buildings; retail properties from free-standing single user buildings to regional centers; small and large rental properties including multi-property portfolios and income-restricted apartments as well as numerous specialty property types.

For over 20 years, Mike specialized in market studies and valuation of development properties such as Denver’s
Stapleton Airport redevelopment, the Highlands Ranch master plan in south metro Denver, and such signature condominium developments as Spire, Landmark and Pinnacle at City Park as well as numerous small subdivision and large-scale suburban and mixed-use master planned communities. He has also conducted primary consumer research consisting of online and in-person focus groups to support consulting and valuation assignments for suburban residential, condominium and mixed-use developments.

Mr. Rinner’s litigation experience includes both valuation and consulting assignments. He has experience with eminent domain acquisitions for large-scale urban redevelopment projects, valuation testimony in federal district courts and bankruptcy courts in Kansas and Colorado for multiple properties, and other consulting and valuation assignments for civil litigation.
