Monica Newman is an Executive Vice President with CBRE’s Capital Markets in Denver, Colorado. She is responsible for marketing and originating FHA insured construction and permanent financing for multifamily, senior living and healthcare housing.

With more than 20 years experience in commercial real estate, specializing in FHA insured debt products, Monica has marketed and managed over a billion dollars in FHA insured multifamily, senior living and healthcare debt products.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2009, Monica served as Managing Director for AmeriSphere Mortgage Finance, LLC., where she was responsible for management of the company’s production platform, underwriting, trading desk and asset management.
