Since moving to Colorado in 1999 and through 2025, Nate Bradley was a successful office leasing broker for Colliers, Grubb &Ellis and most recently Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Bradley’s specialty for those 26 years was representing building owners in their lease-up of their office properties. In January of 2026, Mr. Bradley joined Nate Schnabel to create Laminar Real Estate (“LRE) to pursue the acquisition of office properties in the Denver Metro Area. LRE has completed the acquisition of two office assets since its inception in January of 2026. Nate is also on the Board of Directors of a local non-profit group called Outdoor Buddies that focuses on getting youth and disabled individuals into the outdoors to fish and hunt. Nate graduated from Colby College in Waterville, Maine in 1999 with a degree in Business Management.
