Nathan is the Denver Studio Lead for Rosemann & Associates, a national multifamily focused architectural firm with 34 years designing community-driven spaces for the way people live from students to families to seniors at affordable and market rate prices. He has first-hand knowledge of designing award-winning communities across the spectrum of senior living care including active adult and independent 55+ living, assisted living, memory care, skilled care, and affordable independent living. He dives into the entitlements process and guides project teams from napkin sketch through construction administration and lease-up. Nathan believes that collaborative and communicative teamwork in the design process is paramount to the success of the project, as every member of the team is highly critical to the ultimate client satisfaction. He is highly self-motivated, disciplined with a rigorous design focus, and actively jumps into complex project challenges to find optimal solutions and save the project and owners time and money.
