His hotel sales and articles about the state of the hospitality market have been widely published in local and national publications.

As a licensed Independent Broker in the State of Colorado, and a Responsible Broker in the State of Wyoming, he exclusively represents buyers and sellers of hotel investment properties throughout Colorado and nearby states.

Prior to starting Hotel Brokers America, Neville was a Top Ten Hotel Broker nationally with Marcus & Millichap, that has over 2,000 commercial brokers.
Neville has also worked as a Registered Architect with national and international firms. With over eighteen years of architectural experience, Neville has worked on a wide variety of building types, including large resorts and hotels. His designs have been published in a national Journal.
Neville also holds two degrees (Solar Photovoltaic & Solar Thermal) in Renewable Energy Technologies and is NABCEP certified. His knowledge about the increasing cost of energy in buildings, includes an understanding of energy conservation, energy efficiency, passive solar design, and active solar systems.

Last year Neville sold six hotels in Colorado and neighboring states, and this February 2023, he sold the Best Western Plus hotel in Loveland, CO. His market knowledge and deal experience enable him to price hotel assets correctly, whether they be turnkey cash flowing deals, or pro-forma deals with upside potential. His creative architectural background allows him to present deals that on paper may seem unappealing, but when the potential is explained in a convincing manner, allows the Buyer to see the deal in a different light.
