Nick Gray started as the Director of Finance for Bonanno Concepts in 2014. Bonanno Concepts at that time was 6 concepts. Now, Bonanno Concepts has 10 concepts around Denver. As the business grew, so did Nick’s responsibility, becoming the President in 2017. Now, Nick supports Frank and Jacqueline Bonanno’s restaurants by running the day to day restaurants and departments with their 250+ staff.

Nick grew in Littleton, Colorado. Enjoys the finer things in life and spending time with his fiancé, Natalie, and their puppy, Olsen.
