Nichole is the National Asset Management Lead on the Healthcare Real Estate team managing ESG initiatives across Healthcare, Workplace, Retail and Mixed-Use across the U.S. She ensures the sector strategies and ESG initiatives of the funds and its investors are implemented across
all retail, mixed-use, medical office, office and life science assets, which includes managing the financial forecast, budget review and approval, and day-to-day operations of the assets in the portfolio, spearheading sustainability initiatives, and maintaining external (third party)
relationships.

Prior to joining the firm, Nichole was in commercial property management. Nichole oversaw over +1 million square feet of commercial office space in San Francisco. Nichole has extensive
operations and project management experience. Nichole graduated with a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Nichole also a participating member of the Board for Positive Resource Center which is a non – profit organization that assists those in need of mental health, legal advocacy, residential services, workforce development, and emergency financial assistance.
