Nick Firth, is the Chief Investment Officer of Industrial Outdoor Ventures “IOV” where he is responsible for growing the firms assets under management along with expanding the companies access to capital. Firth joins IOV with 25 years of international, institutional, real estate experience and almost 22 years of industrial experience. Prior to joining IOV Firth served as Executive Director and Industrial Sector Strategist for J.P. Morgan Asset Management – Global Real Assets, where he was an industrial acquisition officer responsible for acquiring industrial assets and forming industrial development joint ventures in the U.S and headed up the pursuit of national industrial portfolios. He joined J.P. Morgan in April 2016 after almost 19 years with LaSalle Investment Management where he held various roles working in and covering London, Canada, Mexico and the U.S. Over his almost 22 years in the US, Firth has acquired over $6BN of industrial assets. He earned a B.S. with Honors in Urban Land Economics at Sheffield Hallam University in Sheffield, England. He is a forum member of NAIOP.
