NICK LOVATO
Senior Vice President

After graduating from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Nick began his roofing career with Johns-Manville and provided technical support within the Roofing Systems Division and National Accounts Group.for eleven years.

In 1991 Nick founded a roof and waterproofing consulting firm, assisting a wide variety of corporate, private and public clients with their roof evaluation, design and construction management needs until 2017.

In 2017 Nick’s firm was acquired by an international consulting firm, and has been there as a Sr. Vice President providing similar services to Nick’s old and new clients.

Nick has been a member of International Institute of Building Envelope Consultants  Institute, previously known as the Roof Consultants Institute (RCI) since 1991.

Nick has been a speaker at IIBEC (RCI) conventions and seminars, NRCA training classes and for the Metal Building Manufacturer’s Association.

Nick resides in Littleton, Colorado with his wife and business partner Candace.
