Nic is a Senior Regional Sales Manager with the Chase Commercial Term Lending (CTL) team.  He is responsible for Chase’s multifamily lending in the Seattle, Portland, and Denver markets along with managing the sales operation teams for the division nationwide.  The Chase CTL group focuses on clients looking for permanent financing on stabilized multifamily properties.

Nic has been with Chase for 23 years.   The early part of his career was spent evaluating commercial real estate portfolios and performing due diligence reviews of potential bank acquisitions.  As banks were consolidating he realized that new IT systems were needed to efficiently keep up with the growth in the industry.  Nic spend the better part of a decade partnering with technologists to develop, maintain, and merge CRE banking applications that originate, service, and manage commercial lending portfolios.  For the past 8 years Nic has been focused on managing Chase’s multifamily origination business in the Pacific Northwest.

Nic holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University in Finance and an Executive MBA from the University of Washington. Outside work Nic enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 young children along with participating in cycling events, downhill skiing, and coaching soccer.
