Nicole Stemo is a seasoned Regional Manager at Thompson Thrift, overseeing lease-up operations across Colorado, Arizona, and Idaho. With over 15 years in multifamily property management, she brings a strong blend of strategic leadership, operational expertise, and market insight to each community she supports.

Nicole has led a wide range of asset types including lease-ups, value-add communities, townhomes, and single-family home rental communities. Her leadership background includes roles at top national firms such as Greystar, Asset Living, and RPM Living. She is highly skilled in team development, financial oversight, marketing strategy, and resident experience.

She holds the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation through the National Apartment Association and earned her Bachelor’s in Business Management, Marketing, and Psychology from Upper Iowa University, where she was a Division II athlete and Sorority VP.

Nicole is actively involved in industry leadership, currently serving as Vice Chair for the Apartment Association of Metro Denver (AAMD) June Awards and as a member of several committees within the Arizona Multihousing Association. She is known for her hands-on style, team mentorship, and commitment to driving performance and community success.
