Nicole Stone, originally from Nebraska but a Coloradan at heart, has dedicated more than two decades to the Green Industry. With a career built from the ground up, Nicole brings extensive hands-on experience across construction, estimating, irrigation, and maintenance, allowing her to approach projects and client relationships with a comprehensive operational perspective. Nicole is deeply passionate about fostering work environments where clients feel valued, heard, and supported.
Her qualifications and professional experience have given her a strong understanding of business visioning, establishment, consolidation, and expansion. Nicole thrives on developing meaningful client relationships and long-term partnerships that support sustainable growth and operational success.
In recognition of her leadership and impact within the industry, Nicole received the Women in Green Industry Award and the Woman of the Year Award from ALCC in 2023. She has completed numerous professional trainings and certifications, including BMP, OSHA 10, CPR, LPD Training, and Jefferson and Gilpin County Community Crisis Response Team Certification, and has served on the BTAC Businesses of Thornton Advisory Commission Team.
Nicole is highly active within the Green Industry and currently serves on the ProGreen Board of Directors, ALCC Board of Directors, and Women in Green Board of Directors. She is also a member of the CAI Membership Committee, an AAMD Ambassador, and takes an active role in BOMA and SDA.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband fly fishing, riding ATVs, rockhounding, restoring and remodeling furniture, and playing with their three doodles. She also treasures time with her family, especially her grandson, who is truly the light of her life.
