Mr. Koepfgen is a Vice President in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Koepfgen was an Assistant Vice President at Black Creek Group, where he focused on acquisition and development of industrial properties. Previously, Mr. Koepfgen was on the debt and equity capital markets platform at HFF, where he focused on senior and structured finance as well as joint venture equity. Mr. Koepfgen holds a B.Sc. from Southern Methodist University in Economics.
