Pam is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.

As shopping center professional she holds the certifications by the International Shopping Center Association as a Certified Shopping Center Manager  and Certified Marketing Director  with over 30 years of experience in the retail shopping center industry, working in the multiple markets.

Opening Park Meadows in 1996, Pam brought diversified experience in shopping center marketing, leasing, development, and operations to the unique “Retail Resort” concept for Colorado’s largest enclosed super-regional shopping center, changing the face of the shopping center industry.  The addition of  “The Vista’s” combines entertainment and a lifestyle component to Park Meadows.  Park Meadows seeks the very best retailers and restaurants canvassing the entire country and abroad to bring the very best to Colorado.  Many retail concepts have one of their first stores in Park Meadows and in many cases one of the best stores in a given chain of stores is the Park Meadows location.

Integrally involved in the South Metro Denver Business community as a Douglas County Planning Commissioner, the Board for the Denver South Economic Development Council, a founding member of the Board of Directors for the Lone Tree Cultural Arts Foundation and is the Secretary to the Park Meadows Business Improvement District.
