Parag Vipani is a Senior Director of the Investment Properties segment of its hospitality brokerage practice. In this role, he is responsible for leading, administrating, resourcing, and formulating business development efforts. In addition, Parag oversees the CBRE Hotels national analytical and marketing platform. Parag joined CBRE in 2007, rising from a financial analyst to senior director of business operations for the firm’s hospitality practice in the Americas. He has supervised nearly $3 billion in the underwriting of hotel dispositions and the production of marketing materials for hotel sale listings.

Formerly a Senior Financial Analyst for CBRE Hotels, Parag was actively involved in managing all aspects of investment properties including underwriting, market research, financial analysis, and due diligence support. He provided daily coordination of all investment properties on behalf of the hotel professionals within the team.

Parag previously served as Senior Advisor with Ernst & Young, where he provided transaction real estate support for a variety of hospitality projects. Prior to that, Parag was involved in the asset management of a diverse real estate portfolio including hotels, golf courses, condominiums, and self-storage properties at TriMont Real Estate Advisors.
