As the Vice President of Hotel Business Development for Hard Rock International, Patrick Bursey is responsible for growing our new select-service brand, Reverb by Hard Rock, in the Western United States and Canada.

With 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Patrick brings a wealth of experience in deal sourcing, franchise contract negotiation, feasibility, market intelligence, underwriting and due diligence in acquisitions and ground-up development. Before joining Hard Rock, Patrick was a Senior Director of Franchise Sales and Development at Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, the world’s largest hotel franchising company.

Patrick earned his degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Colorado Denver. Immediately afterward, Patrick continued to expand his knowledge in real estate, receiving a Certified General Commercial Appraiser license and over 3,000 hours of mentorship from the world’s foremost hospitality consulting experts at HVS and Cushman & Wakefield, where the total value of the assets he appraised was slightly below $5 billion.

Based in Denver, Colorado, Patrick frequently finds himself at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, where he and his wife enjoy some of the world’s most memorable concerts. Patrick is excited to continue cultivating long-lasting relationships with established hotel owners, leading hotel management companies, and experienced development companies alike.
