As senior vice president of development, Pat focuses on leading execution of Ambrose’s growth strategy, including establishment of operations, land pipeline and speculative development in the mountain states and southeast regions of the country. With 23 years of industry experience, Pat spent the past 15 years at Duke Realty, where he most recently led a team of construction and development professionals in 10 major industrial markets in the central and west regions, including Chicago, Dallas and Southern California. Prior to his time at Duke, he worked at Graycor and C.P. Morgan.

Pat earned his Master of Business Administration from Indiana University and holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Illinois. Outside of work, Pat likes to spend time with his wife and four children. Together they enjoy traveling, sports and outdoor activities.
