Associate

As an associate with NKF Capital Markets, Western Region, Paul Donahue specializes in deal execution, marketing, financial analysis and market research for institutional office and retail transactions in the Greater Denver area. He is an integral member of the five-person John Jugl team, which provides investment property disposition and acquisition services for clients throughout the West Coast. Mr. Donahue has been involved in nearly $3 billion of office and retail transactions since the start of his real estate career.

Prior to joining NKF in 2016, Mr. Donahue served as a real estate analyst on the commercial investment sales team of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) in Denver.
