Mr. Haviland is a Senior Vice President, Investments based in Denver and joined Bell Partners in 2012. He currently oversees acquisition activity in Denver, Boston, Carolinas, and Nashville across both of Bell’s current closed-end fund vehicles with $3 billion of aggregate equity commitments. Mr. Haviland has previously been based out of both of the Washington D.C. and San Francisco offices at Bell where he covered markets across the Western and Central regions. In his 14 years at Bell, he has been responsible for buy-side and sell-side transaction activity valued at over $5 billion. Prior to joining Bell, Mr. Haviland was an Associate in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Jefferies Group. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from Vanderbilt University.
