Paul J. Ruff is the Founder and Managing Partner of Triumph Capital Group (“TCG”), a professional investment management firm conceived in 2013 and focused on logistics-oriented real estate investments and developments in key distribution markets around the United States.  The firm’s primary expertise is in last-mile and decentralized regional distribution solutions.

Paul is an experienced investor, developer and operator, having founded Triumph Real Estate Corporation (“TREC”) in Denver, Colorado in 1998 following 10 years of prior experience with other firms. Through the late 1990’s and 2000’s, TREC targeted value-add and core-plus industrial and office acquisitions and executed several ground-up development projects both for investment and corporate build-to-suit.  Since inception, Triumph’s acquisitions, developments, corporate services and project financings have exceeded $1 billion in value.

Prior to Triumph, Paul was Asset Manager and Development Associate at Pacifica Holding Company, a boutique investment and development firm that grew into Denver’s largest commercial landlord before selling its $750 million portfolio in the mid-1990’s.

Paul is passionate about service to others. He is a Candidate to become a Deacon in the diocese of Colorado Springs, is a regular volunteer at the Parker Task Force food bank, is involved in several ministries and committees at Ave Maria Catholic Church in Parker.  He also served on the Board of Directors of Brokers Benefiting Kids for eight years from 1998-2006, including service as the Chairman in 2004.  He recently created a non-profit group called the Charitable Facilities Foundation to benefit other non-profits in the arena of real estate.
