Payson MacWilliam is a Senior Associate on the Industrial Transactions team at Clarion Partners. Based in the Dallas office, Payson responsible for acquisition, disposition and development transactions for Clarion. During his career, Payson has executed more than $1.5 billion in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development and debt. He joined Clarion Partners in 2013. Payson is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (“NAIOP”) and is an active member of NAIOP’s National Industrial Perspectives forum.
