Peggy works with Laramar Group based in Denver, Colorado and takes the lead on growing their 3rd party management. She brings more than 30 years of multi-family housing knowledge and experience from working for two large national management firms in addition to Laramar Group.

Prior to joining Laramar last Fall, Peggy worked as a Regional Vice President with a multi-state portfolio made up of conventional and affordable, urban and suburban, lease-up to existing and value add properties.  She has authored policy manuals and was responsible for performance-based management, high revenue growth and asset repositioning and redevelopment.

Peggy holds numerous industry-related designations and serves on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Apartment Association (“CAA”), and on the Apartment Association of Metro Denver (“AAMD”) Board.  She is an AAMD Joint Legislative Actions Committee member, and AAMD Alliance Committee member and was the Chair for AAMD’s 2018 Tributes Awards.  She was a Tributes Subcommittee Chair in 2005, 2008, 2011 and 2015 and was honored as the AAMD Person of the year in 2015.  She was inducted into the AAMD Hall of Fame in 2018.

In addition, Peggy is an accomplished marathon runner, world traveler and loves to spend time biking in and on the Colorado mountains and roads, hiking, and competing in outdoor obstacle races!
