Pete is our numbers guy and a partner in our clients’ daily deadlines. He works closely with tenants, building owners, asset managers, brokers, and architects during pre-construction to conduct reviews for cost saving opportunities, develop project estimates, and conduct due diligence.

Pete has more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, backed by a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Denver.
