Peter Ewers has more than 30 years’ experience designing a variety of projects including public buildings, schools, religious facilities, industrial structures, offices, retail, laboratories, multi-family residential complexes, and single-family residences. In addition to working on varying types of projects, Peter has lived and practiced architecture in many varied locations including San Francisco, the U.S. Virgin Islands, New Jersey, New York and Colorado. This diversity of experience has helped inspire unique design solutions and an understanding of the different needs of each project. Peter is an advocate for sustainable design through speaking engagements at venues including the World Renewable Energy Forum, AIA 2030 Challenge classes, NREL Power Lunch Series, BCAP Solar Training, and more.
Peter’s passions are exciting architecture, environmental sustainability, respecting historic buildings, and using architecture to help people. In his spare time he enjoys exercising, hiking, snowshoeing, and spending time with his family.
