As Executive Vice President of Master Planned Communities, Peter leads McWhinney’s community development and placemaking initiatives, focusing on execution, leadership, and strategic planning for mixed-use developments. More specifically, he directs the business side for McWhinney’s large-scale land developments, managing P&L’s,  long tern business forecasting and budgeting, and strategic planning. Leaning on nearly 20 years of experience in real estate entitlement and development, Peter also oversees commercial and community development execution and operations.
