Peter Scoville began his real estate career in 2000 and since has become one of Colorado Springs’ top producing office and medical-office leasing and investment sales professionals. After graduating from The Colorado College with a B.A. in English, Peter has lived in Colorado Springs since 1994.
Following 9 successful years at a local boutique brokerage firm, in 2008 Peter became co-founder/owner of the Colorado Springs Cushman & Wakefield Alliance entitled Colorado Springs Commercial. This company is the top full-service brokerage group in Colorado Springs, with the flexibility of a small company and international presence and market reach of Cushman & Wakefield.
Peter specializes in landlord representation, as well as tenant representation in Office, Medical Office and R&D/Flex properties with a primary focus on the northern “Class A” office market.
He has worked on behalf of many major real estate companies and corporate occupiers such as Healthcare Realty Trust, DPC Development, Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT), Exelis, Patriot Equities, USADA, Colorado Center of Orthopedic Excellence and United Technologies. In late 2013, Peter played an integral role in brokering the largest office sale transaction in Colorado Springs’ history, a transaction in excess of $134,000,000.
Peter is past President of the Board of RCIS (Realtors® Commercial Industrial Society), with a membership of over 250 commercial real estate brokers in the Pikes Peak Region and is currently heavily involved with the Pikes Peak Cycling Society, a current Urban Renewal Authority Board Member, recently appointed to the Colorado Springs Downtown Partnership Board, as well as being active with multiple other community organizations.
Prior to entering into real estate, Peter worked as a professional climbing guide and has traveled to many peaks throughout the U.S., New Zealand, South American and the Himalayas. Currently, in addition to being a father to two young children, Peter is a competitive cyclist in events like the Leadville 100 and other ultra endurance events as
well as an avid private pilot flying general aviation aircraft.
