Randy is involved in all aspects of Westfield’s proposed and existing projects—evaluating development and investment opportunities for current and future projects, creating strategic plans, managing  the financing and budgeting aspects of developments. He plays an instrumental part in conceptual planning, feasibility studies, master planning, entitlements, budgeting and design for all Westfield projects. He negotiates contracts with local authorities, design consultants, and construction teams.  In addition to his other functions, Randy oversees brokerage teams responsible for sales and leasing of assets.   A 35-year industry veteran, he joined Westfield in 1997 from Frederick Ross Company where he specialized in retail development and investment sales.
