Ray Oborn is an experienced senior care executive who is well versed in all levels of care and settings with over 22 years of experience in the senior living industry. As Executive Vice President for United Properties and President of Cherrywood Pointe Investment, Ray oversees the firms Senior Housing Development and Senior Housing Portfolio.  Prior to joining the Executive Team at United Properties, Ray was the Senior Regional Vice President of Operations for Brookdale and was responsible for all day-to-day operations of 70 independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing communities in Colorado, California, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Arizona, and North Dakota. Prior to working for Brookdale, he has worked for New Perspective Senior Living, Silverado Senior Living, Sunrise Senior Living, Marriott Senior Living Services, and ManorCare Health Services. Mr. Oborn has a MBA in Health Services Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree, both from the University of Utah.
