Rebecca Brennan, RID, CID, CHID, EDAC, IIDA, LEED AP, started her career in 1997 after graduating Magna Cum Laude, with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She is an award-winning Interior Designer and founder of Design Studio Blue, a nationally recognized interior architectural design firm focusing on health design. Her firm specialized in the design for acute, ambulatory, behavioral health, oncology, and pediatric care spaces. Over the course of her 25-year career, Rebecca has had the opportunity to provide award-winning designs for health systems across the country including the Mayo Clinic, New York Presbyterian, Banner Health, Children’s Hospital Colorado, Rady Children’s Hospital, UCHealth, Denver Health, and Universal Health Services in 5 states. In addition, Rebecca and the Design Studio Blue team have a strong presence in Colorado providing medical tenant planning services.

Rebecca’s vast experience has contributed to forming her well-rounded knowledge and skills in all aspects of interior design and construction. She has mentored and developed a team of talented designers that have provided the firm immense depth, which is key to the firm’s success.

Rebecca is a firm believer in giving back to our industry, the next generation, and our community. She speaks and writes nationally to share her knowledge and experiences to the design and construction community. Rebecca and her company are loyal supporters to causes that support women and children including Children’s Hospital Foundation and Smart Women Event.
