Rich Allison is the Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of Trustees for GH Phipps Construction Companies and has more than 35 years of construction education and executive-level construction experience. At Phipps, he participates in setting and executing strategy for the company and in directing business development, marketing and preconstruction.

Allison has served in several executive roles during his career, building a proven track record of taking work procurement to the next level.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University. He serves on the board of the Community College of Aurora Foundation, one of several organizations he has been active in over the years. He is married, has two adult children, and lives in Highlands Ranch.
