Rich Ritter focuses on sourcing multifamily acquisitions in Milestone’s targeted Southwest markets. Prior to joining Milestone, he was a Vice President with Northrmarq’s Multifamily Investment Sales Team in Denver, Colorado, specializing in the marketing and sale of multifamily assets across the state of Colorado. Before that, Rich served as a Senior Financial Analyst with ARA Newmark’s Multifamily Capital Markets Team, where he was responsible for underwriting and market research. He earned a B.S. in Finance and Business Analytics from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
