As a Principal in our Denver Studio, I help ensure everything runs smoothly. I love being involved from the early stages of strategic planning, providing my team with the resources and support they need to understand and achieve our client’s needs. Our firm’s greatest resource is our people, so I want to help them grow and love working with our younger staff, making myself available for questions or concerns at any time. I’ve found that people produce more thoughtful, creative and higher-caliber work when they are in the right frame of mind. By teaching my team how to think critically and listen to the client’s perspective rather than taking orders, our clients and firm benefits. 

Outside of the office, I love spending as much time as I can with my family and getting exercise in various forms. I look forward to a bi-annual competition with members of the Royal Institute of British Architects, where we take turns competing at different courses in the UK and the U.S.
