Riki Hashimoto, along with partner Dan Grooters, focus on institutional and private equity investment sales throughout Colorado and the Western Region. Considered one of the top investment teams in the Denver metropolitan area, they specialize in the acquisition and disposition of office, retail and industrial properties.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hashimoto was a senior vice president with CBRE’s Capital Markets Group. He and his partner built extensive client relationships and a successful track record over a nine-year span as senior vice president’s at Grubb & Ellis Company. Ranked among the firm’s top brokers nationally on a regular basis, he closed approximately $1.4 billion of investment real estate in over 202 transactions. Consistently recognized by DMCAR as a Top Ten Investment Broker in Colorado, Mr. Hashimoto earned the distinguished recognition as the No. 1 Producer for the Denver office in 2007, named to the President’s Council 2004-2011, honored at the Circle of Excellence 2004-2007 and was a member of the firms Brokerage Leadership Board 2008-2011.

Mr. Hashimoto began his real estate career at Grubb & Ellis Company as an associate in 1995 and gained additional experience as Sales Manager at Marcus & Millichap from 1997 to 2002.
