Rob Gillis
Vice President

Rob Gillis is a Vice President at Prologis and assists with the strategy and execution of asset sales and portfolio acquisitions in North America.

Rob joined Prologis in 2010 and has served in various roles with Research, Financial Planning/Analysis, Treasury and most recently in the Private Capital/Portfolio Management group, serving as the Fund Manager of a $3 billion open-end fund with over 50 million square feet across 30 markets in the U.S. and Canada. Rob also lived in Amsterdam helping with several of Prologis’ Pan-European investment vehicles including the launch of a development joint venture in the United Kingdom.

Prior to joining Prologis, Rob worked as an analyst for Centennial Realty Advisors, a Denver based commercial real estate property management and investment firm. He started his career at MDC Holdings/Richmond American Homes and was responsible for market research and land acquisitions.

Rob holds an MBA in real estate and finance from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business, a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a minor in Spanish from Colorado State University, and is a member of PREA, NAIOP, and the University of Colorado Real Estate Council.

Rob serves on the nonprofit Boards of Sharing Connexion (www.sharingconnexion.org), which provides real estate solutions to nonprofits and affordable housing organizations, and Mile High Youth Corps (www.milehighyouthcorps.org), which helps local youth make a difference in themselves and their community through meaningful service opportunities and educational experiences.
