Robert Marsh, Esq. is a Director and shareholder at S&D Law and represents corporate, governmental, and individual clients at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Marsh’s practice focuses on complex commercial, real estate, and corporate litigation, including derivative actions, fiduciary and professional responsibility, real estate development, common interest community, construction, and other business matters. Mr. Marsh also advises and represents governmental and corporate clients concerning various aspects of mining and mineral law.

Mr. Marsh joined S&D Law in 2002 after spending three years litigating federal environmental actions as a member of the Colorado Attorney General’s Office.

Mr. Marsh is a graduate of Colorado State University (B.A., cum laude, 1995) and the University of Colorado School of Law (J.D., 1999), where he is a guest lecturer in advanced and adaptive legal writing. Mr. Marsh is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Colorado.
